We have many permanent part-time shifts available from Monday - Sunday with shifts available in the morning (07:00 AM to 15:15 PM) and afternoon (15:00PM to 22:00 PM).
About you:
You will utilise your skills, knowledge, and experience to ensure that all clinical and other care needs are delivered in a safe and respectful manner that promotes the personal values of the client. This includes, but is not limited to hygiene, personal grooming, and continence support needs; nutrition, fluid, and medication administration; mobility requirements; wound care and companionship and socialisation. You will also accept responsibility for specialist clinical portfolios which may include continence, nutrition/weight management, wound care, falls management, behaviours of concern, medication management, pain management, and infection control.
We have sites across the metro area, so please be specific on which sites you wish to be considered for.
To be successful you will possess the following attributes:
- Be registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Deliver a strong clinical care service.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
- Demonstrate the ability to lead shifts with an empathetic and mentoring approach.
- Be able to prioritise their workload safely and efficiently with a focus on our clients.
- A satisfactory National Police Clearance that is less than 12 months old
- First Aid Certificate (less than 3 years old)
- A satisfactory NDIS Worker Screening check
- Evidence of up-to-date flu vaccinations

We are currently seeking Registered Nurses to join our team South Metro Facilities on a part-time basis.
Brightwater are seeking to fill vacant AM, PM & Night shifts between Monday to Friday, our AM shift typically being 7am to 3.15pm and our PM shift typically between 3pm and 10.15pm with Nights typically between 10pm to 7.15am. The Role
This positions forms part of a multi-disciplinary team and is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating clinical care for, and with, clients of Brightwater Care Group. This position delivers inclusive and person-centred quality care and support in accordance with individualised client Care Plans to ensure optimal service provision that actively promotes choice, independence, and quality of life, in a safe and home like environment.
Our South-metro Residential Aged Care facilities include:
The Oaks:
A 61-bed facility based in Waikiki. Where we cater for clients with a mix of high care needs and memory support units. We currently have a mix of AM and PM shifts available.
The Cove:
Located in Dudley Park. The Cove, one of our largest facilities which has 131 beds. The Cove caters for a range of different needs for clients, including those with advanced dementia and high care needs. We are currently seeking those available for Night and PM shifts, however some AM shifts are currently available.
